Immediate Care Services

For clients in crisis, our goal is to provide safe and individualized care that stabilizes and redirects patients to the most appropriate and least restrictive community setting available, consistent with their individual needs.

Crisis Stabilization Unit

We offer a 20-bed, secure, therapeutic environment for individuals 18 years or older seeking short-term inpatient psychiatric services. Our Crisis Stabilization Unit consists of psychiatrists, psychologists, licensed nurses, mental health technicians, and discharge planners. Our patients have diverse cultural backgrounds and diagnoses, including psychotic disorders, mood disorders, and personality disorders.

Treatment modalities for these diagnoses may include:

  • Psychiatric Evaluation
  • Physical Examination
  • Blood Tests
  • Medication Monitoring
  • Crisis Intervention and Resolution
  • Group Meetings
  • Patient Education 
  • 24-Hour Nursing and Observation
  • Discharge Planning

We provide a comprehensive and integrated treatment approach from admission through discharge. Our staff's clinical expertise and compassion facilitate our goal of providing optimal mental health care to all our patients until they can be stabilized and returned to a state of healthy functioning and well-being.

Our Crisis Stabilization Unit is referral based.
